Pastry shop where you can find both very refined sweets and traditional ones such as "Genoese pandolce".
Great quality of the raw materials, I think that some cakes are for meditation. There are research, study and love in very recipes and you can also feel the pastry tradition of the shop. When you taste the pandolce, you can taste the history of this ancient recipe. A must-try if you are passing through Genoa!
